Chelsee Management currently manages single family homes, duplexes, apartment communities, condominium associations, fraternities, sororities, commercial and professional office properties. The company was founded and incorporated in 1990 by Dennis Bernick a real estate broker and licensed builder. The company was formed at the request of the courts to protect the interest of investors in the former Quaker Management Company. Chelsee offers over thirty years of experience in the real estate business ranging from property management to development and brokerage. The main office continues to be located in Lansing, Michigan.
