Capitol Physical Therapy was established in 1997 as a result of a merger between Delta Physical Therapy, Southside Physical Therapy, and Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Mid-Michigan. Capitol Physical Therapy is an independent, outpatient rehabilitation agency that specializes in the treatment of musculo-skeletal injuries and disorders.
