After reviewing extensive research, attending numerous seminars as well as conventions, scouring over statistics, and studying survey after survey, it was determined that the average adult (whether married or single) longs for the life of Mayberry! This was the 1960's television version depicting the small quaint town with tree lined streets, large front porches where everyone knew each other, and neighborhoods which provided a safe and secure community atmosphere. While Mayberry is truly fictitious, the desire among the general population is one where we all live at a slower pace, we want to feel a sense of belonging, and have life become a little simpler. This is the premise behind the creation of Mayberry Homes.
