Douglas and Sharon Weaver opened the Village Hair Shoppe in 1967 with five employees and a passion for the Salon/Spa Industry. They became known throughout the Lansing area for pioneering the precision cut in lieu of the weekly wash and set in the late 1960’s. Since that time, Village Hair Shoppe has transformed into the Douglas J Day Spa Salon, known for being on the cutting edge of everything the Salon/Spa Industry has to offer.
