Yet, it has been the foundation upon which the Frozen Ropes Training Centers have grown into the most recognized name in baseball and softball instruction. The idea started in 1988, in an old iron factory in New Rochelle, New York. Gather the best instructional information and present it to players with consistency and passion. With that direction, Tony Abbatine, our National Director of Instruction started the journey, believing that teaching was a skill that was never truly mastered and that athletic success went well beyond the physical training.
