My practice is and has always been a general practice. It involves all aspects of pre-trial, trial and appellate proceedings. It includes: management of office, office taxes and budgeting, and overseeing staff (including secretaries, legal assistants, and of counsel attorneys): consultation with clients: correspondence with courts, clients, and other counsel: conducting legal research: preparation of motions, legal memoranda, and briefs: court appearances for trials, hearings, and oral arguments in various courts throughout Michigan.
