CityTax is the most advanced and longest running local income tax program for Windows. Innovative Software Services, Inc. (ISSI) continually works to keep CityTax ahead of the competition by considering user suggestions and staying on top of the latest technologies. The most recent municipalities to recognize our excellence and commitment to customer service in CityTax are the Cities of Flint Michigan and Gahanna and Fairfield Ohio. ISSI's nationally recognized Utility Billing System (UBS) features a new Information Center giving summary information at a glance, plus the ability to design custom reports unique to your municipality. Recently, several municipalities have joined the UBS family. In addition to developing and installing our own software products, ISSI has partnered with Kintera Fundware to provide full service accounting software to small or mid sized municipalities or non-profit organizations.
