Then we prepare your tortilla at the time of your order, right before your eyes, in our special tortilla press. We fill the tortilla just as you like, using quality ingredients such as Margarita-Lime Chicken, Marinated and Grilled Sirloin Steak, Adobo-Marinated Pork, Cilantro-Lime Rice, Freshly Made Guacamole, and Hot Tomatillo Salsa.
