Supporting Okemos Academic Resources (SOAR) is an organization of parents, educators and all those in the community who support high ability students. We strive to address the unique academic, emotional, and social needs of high ability children. SOAR is committed to enhancing the academic education of Okemos students. To provide, for all those who live and work with high ability children, the information and support they need to enable these students to reach their highest potential.
