0 - SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE : COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS FOR INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS
The Scholarship Committee granted two scholarships for Fall 2004 from the cash donations and the sale of items donated to the Global Festival’s World Gift Shop. The recipients were Vida Wilmot from Ghana, majoring in literacy instruction, and Yue Wang from the People’s Republic of China, majoring in statistics.

0 - 4-H Scholarships
-H involvement leads young people to explore various career and educational options after graduating high school. For those who choose to further their education, Michigan State University, Michigan 4-H Youth Development and the Michigan 4-H Foundation offer scholarships to help support these 4-H'ers' educational goals. Currently 4-H scholarships

0 - Miss Michigan Scholarship Pageant
The Miss Michigan Scholarship Pageant is a preliminary to the Miss America Organization. It is held each June in Muskegon, MI and makes available over $40,000 in cash scholarships to the young women who compete in the scholarship program, making this the largest scholarship program available to young women in the State of Michigan.

The Steve Smith Scholarship Fund is comprised of many people who together form a team united by the common goal of making a profound difference in the lives of young people.

0 - MEA Scholarship
The amount and number of scholarships offered each year shall be determined by the trustees of the MEA Scholarship Fund. Such scholarships may be offered on a renewal basis limited to four times in a five-year period.
