0 - The Da Vinci Institute
The Da Vinci Institute is a community school based on the principles of common sense and human dignity. We endeavor to teach truth while maintaining the precious spark of creativity that exists in all students. We are committed to excellence in our teaching and to high standards for our students. We pledge to deal with our students on the basis of integrity, honesty and good faith. The da Vinci Institute is a school where each individual is valued and what is in the best interest of one will not hinder the common good. As a not-for profit, tuition-free charter school, all students have an equal opportunity to be accepted into our program. Our High School students may also attend Jackson Community College and the Jackson Area Career Center that are located in close proximity to our school. Students are able to graduate from JCC and Da Vinci simultaneously by attending classes at both schools if they show high academic abilities. We are proud to be one of the 37 Michigan Charter Schools that offer a full Kindergarten-through-12th Grade Curriculum.
