The station's 86,000-watt signal can be heard as far east as Flint and the Detroit suburbs, and as far west as Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.

- 89.7 FM (LCC)is a non-commercial FM radio station owned by Lansing Community College. Programming is mostly jazz, blues and accoustic music. Each morning there is a live local talk show called Coffee Break which is televised in the Lansing area on Comcast local access. WLNZ also has an Internet only student station called WLNZ-2 which plays rock music from the 90's.
