3 - Lansing Township Police
is celebrating 50 years of service to the citizens of the Township. On April 22, 1949, the Charter Township of Lansing voted to establish their own police department. The Township changed from a Constable form of policing to the hiring of two "traffic officers". The officers were deputized by the County Sheriff and were able to enforce both Township Ordinances and State Laws. The Police Department has grown from two officers driving a 1949 Ford Tutor, to 15 officers with 6 patrol cars. Township Police Officers continue to be deputized by the Ingham County Sheriff and provide 24 hour service, seven days a week.

The Bath Township Police Department provides police services 24 hours a day to the residents of Bath Township. The Bath Township Police Department provides investigation of crimes, traffic enforcement, traffic investigation, crime prevention and other services. In order to accomplish the goals of the department, officers have received training in advanced evidence processing procedures, FATS training, Major crime investigation, murder investigation, firearms instruction, precision driving, civil disorder and child abduction training, just to name a few.

0 - Eaton County Sheriff's Department
Welcome to the Home Page for the Eaton County Sheriff's Department.Eaton County is located just west of the greater Lansing, Michigan area. The County seat is Charlotte which is located in the center of Eaton County 20 miles southwest of Lansing. The Sheriff's Department is responsible for general law enforcement activities throughout the County and provides contract police services to Delta Township. There is a substation located in Delta Township. The Sheriff Department is organized into three main divisions.

The City of Mason is a small community which has experienced phenomenal residential and business growth in recent years. To meet the challenges of this growth, the Mason Police Department has taken a proactive approach in providing police services to the community. We have reached out to collaborate with community members, groups and organizations to anticipate and problem solve issues which may be a threat to our quality of life and security. In other words, our own style of Community Policing.

Perry is located approximately 22 miles northeast of Lansing on 1-69. Just 30 minutes down the road is Flint and 60 minutes to the southeast is Detroit. Because of our excellent location and easy access to two international airports, we believe that Perry will not be the sleepy little town for long.

0 - Portand Police Department
The Portland Police Department operates out of the Emergency Services Building located at 773 E. Grand River Avenue. The department provides 24-hour service to the residents of the City of Portland. The Department is staffed with 6 full time officers and 5 part-time officers. Officers patrol the streets with cruisers, bicycles, and on foot. They also provide a presence in the area schools, community events, and on the River trail.
