- Clinton Commons (St. Johns)Our story began in 1978, when community members of Clinton County created the Clinton Area Care Center. Managed by community members, the group desired to help maintain and enhance the spiritual, mental and physical welfare of the area's elderly. In 1982, our non-profit nursing facility, Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor, was opened. The facility was enlarged and expanded in 1991 to include Assisted Living residences.
