The Michigan League for Human Services (MLHS) is a statewide citizens non-profit organization dedicated to education, research and advocacy for the benefit of low income and other vulnerable citizens in the state of Michigan. MLHS is comprised of over 1,900 organizational and individual members and has served the human services community in Michigan since 1912. The work of MLHS is concentrated in three core areas: educating the public through information gathering and dissemination; advocacy for our constituents; and services to our members. MLHS also undertakes special projects to achieve specific goals and outcomes that are encompassed by one or more of the core areas.

0 - Michigan 4-H Youth Development
4-H Youth Development is the youth program of Michigan State University Extension. 4-H staff members work at Michigan State University and in every Michigan county with local volunteers to bring the knowledge of the state’s land-grant university to the citizens of Michigan. This work is done in partnership with and uses funding provided by local county boards of commissioners, the state of Michigan and the federal government through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Additional intellectual and programming support and funding is provided by a variety of public and private partners – both at local and state levels – to increase our impact on youth in Michigan communities.

Welcome to BCFI of Lansing, Michigan. BCFI is a non profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to children and families in the Greater Lansing area while also offering affordable office and room rental services for other community oriented organizations and events. We strengthen children and families through programs and services designed to address needs in the areas of family stability, physical and mental health, education, and economic understanding leading to the development of mutual respect and personal responsibility.

The Eaton County Community Foundation (ECCF), a component fund of the Capitol Region Community Foundation, was established in 1996 by a group of community leaders. It established a group of endowed funds whereby donated money is permanently invested with the income generated funding charitable initiatives in the communities of Eaton County.
