- Michigan Council for Exceptional ChildrenThe primary purpose of the Michigan Council for Exceptional Children shall be to advance the education of individuals with exceptionalities. Specifically, the Michigan Council for Exceptional Children intends to assist and provide support to the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) in all its efforts on behalf of persons with exceptionalities and to participate in all appropriate governance activities of CEC subject to the general supervision and control of CEC.

We also provide medical and healthcare information resources for patients, their families, and staff. Located on the 5th floor of the hospital, the library is a place for adults, teens, and kids to learn about health topics from reliable sources, including vast volumes on learning disorders. We also have books and movies just for fun!
