The Michigan Film Office was created in 1979 to assist and attract incoming production companies and to promote the growth of our indigenous industry. We are part of the History, Arts and Libraries Department and funded by tax dollars.

0 - Downriver Council for the Arts
The DCA is a regional arts organization and public gallery serving the 19 Downriver communities, representing over 350,000 people and 65 cultural groups. The Downriver region of metropolitan Detroit includes Allen Park, Belleville, Brownstown, Ecorse, Flat Rock, Gibraltar, Grosse Ile, Huron, Lincoln Park, Melvindale, River Rouge, Riverview, Rockwood, Romulus, Southgate, Taylor, Trenton, Woodhaven and Wyandotte.
