3 - ArtServe Michigan
In direct response to the dire funding situation in which the MCACA finds itself, ArtServe is initiating an aggressive, multi-faceted advocacy effort in support of the Council's work on behalf of arts and cultural interests throughout the state. This urgent call to action is part of a broader long-term public/private funding strategy to support arts and culture in Michigan currently being developed with our partners across the state. We need your active support via an immediate response to this crisis.

3 - HASLETT ART CLUB
Open to students grades 9-12. The Art Club meets the first Saturday of each month. Members will meet at the high school and stay there for the morning or drive to an artist's studio. The mission of the Haslett Art Club is to provide the opportunity for all students to experience the visual arts and learn from professional artist in the surrounding communities outside of the regular school hours.

1 - Pleasant View Magnet School
Pleasant View is at 4501 Pleasant Grove Road - Lansing, Michigan. The magnet school, which opened for the 2001-02 school year, has about 400 students and a waiting list. As a magnet school, Pleasant View offers an enriched emphasis on the visual and performing arts that is integrated across the entire curriculum.
