I will consult with you, the senior, or you and your family as you prefer, on the hard decisions about what to keep, what to pass on to your family, what to sell, what to donate. I can help you get your house organized and ready to make a good first impression to prospective buyers.

In addition to being a superb organizer, I am trained in Adult Guardianship Mediation, and so can bring those skills to the table to help defuse family conflict at this stressful time. I have a compassionate partner with Hospice training to assist if desired.

I can come in to consult and help you develop a game plan, or do the work for you. Rates vary based on the size and scope of the job. $100 minimum.
